This is a very easygoing social session designed for people passionate about coffee and what to explore different sensory profiles

Coffee cupping is the industry’s standard way of evaluating the aroma and taste of coffee. In this class, students will learn how to set up a cupping table, taste differences in coffees from different regions, and identify various tasting notes. We will use the an intuitive cupping form to assess categories and attributes of the sample coffees.
