Japan-Inspired Coffee Tasting & Palette Calibration

Japan-inspired coffee storytelling + Brooklyn hospitality
Jerico has recently been to Japan on a coffee adventure and has come home with some incredible ideas around experience design, from how the story of each coffee is told, to how the brew method and serve style bring it to life. This option is inspired by that approach (and executed here in Brooklyn) and includes:
  • Behind-the-scenes roastery walkthrough (bean to cup): A guided tour of our roasting, QC, and packing/fulfilment flow, showing how we move from green coffee to production-ready roasts and consistent daily output.

  • Cortado class (hands-on): A short, interactive session covering dial-in basics, espresso-to-milk balance, and what makes a cortado such a great “benchmark” drink for technique and consistency.

  • Coffee cocktail moment (Widow Jane Bourbon infusion): A guided build of an alcoholic coffee infusion using Widow Jane’s Bourbon — designed to be fun, premium, and memorable (with the craft + culinary crossover your group will appreciate).

  • Time: 1hr 45 mins
